A great rental experience starts with finding the right tenant. Our tenant screening process includes: income verification, credit checks, background checks and rental history verification. Our screening motto is "Its better to to wait for the right renter than to roll the dice on the wrong one." 

Inspections

We've all heard the horror stories "renters destroyed the home and it cost thousands to clean it up." Oftentimes landlords sell their biggest wealth building asset for fear they will have to clean up after one of these horror stories. In our experience the common trend behind these disasters is time. It takes time to do that much damage. If caught early the potential for damage can be mitigated. How do we catch it early? We do regular inspections and we keep you in the loop on the condition of your home. We don't believe in surprises.
